Ventilation of the Spray Booth
Equipped with multiple ventilation systems, LONGXIANG's spray booth provides prime painting environments with efficient vertical airflow, ensuring overspray is swiftly and thoroughly removed.
Air Recirculation During Baking Mode
During baking, 100% of the air is circulated within the LONGXIANG spray booth, with only 15%-20% expelled, ensuring 80%-85% of air is recaptured and replenished with fresh air via the changeover damper.
The internal temperature of the LONGXIANG spray booth quickly rises to baking levels, upon which the heating system promptly shuts down to conserve energy.
Lighting
The lighting system features four 36W lights in the ceiling and side walls, safely enclosed with 5mm tempered glass, providing ample illumination with minimized energy consumption.
Filters
Our high-efficiency filters boast excellent dust retention and low air passage resistance, designed for longevity to reduce replacement frequency and operational costs.
Warranty
